Requirements

• min 2 years of experience in a similar position in SSC structures,
• experience in building structures from scratch
• fluent knowledge of English,
• independence and dynamics of action,
• knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• acts as main HR point of contact for new Global Business Services organization,
• advises Leadership & People Leaders on organizational health, engagement, and talent development,
• leads talent management, succession planning, and competency development,
• ensures compliance with employment legislation and maintains HR policies,
• manages employee data throughout the employee lifecycle and budgeting process,
• provide partnership and advisory on different HR areas (HR Operations, Performance & Rewards, Talent Aqusition),
• provides partnership and advisory on organizational changes.
