Requirements
- min 2 years of experience in a similar position in SSC structures,
- experience in building structures from scratch
- fluent knowledge of English,
- independence and dynamics of action,
- knowledge of SAP.
Responsibilities
- acts as main HR point of contact for new Global Business Services organization,
- advises Leadership & People Leaders on organizational health, engagement, and talent development,
- leads talent management, succession planning, and competency development,
- ensures compliance with employment legislation and maintains HR policies,
- manages employee data throughout the employee lifecycle and budgeting process,
- provide partnership and advisory on different HR areas (HR Operations, Performance & Rewards, Talent Aqusition),
- provides partnership and advisory on organizational changes.
