Requirements:

• +10 years of experience in management positions in the area of finance, mainly in the international manufacturing or energy industry,
• ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and cooperation with Private Equity funds and the Supervisory Board,
• extensive knowledge in the area of financial management, as well as in the area of controlling and management accounting,
• ability to build good relationships with clients and cooperate with other business departments to ensure the implementation of plans,
• fluent knowledge of the German language is a must,
• professional qualifications will be a definite advantage: ACCA or CIMA.

Responsibilities:

• develop long-term budgets, business plans and decision-making facilitating measures,
• shape the organization's financial strategy, including obtaining debt financing and maintaining relationships with financing institutions, banks and investors,
• direct cooperation with Private Equity fund,
• advise on cash flow management, including assessment of currency and credit risk,
• supervise the optimization of the cost structure, financial liquidity and working capital,
• prepare management reports and presentations of financial results for the supervisory board and external investors,
• overall responsibility for treasury, controlling, accounting and tax planning,
• define the optimal structure of the quality of work and the achievement of business goals.
