YOUR PROJECT

Capgemini Group Procurement is looking for strategic buyer providing sourcing activities in Indirect category for UK and Benelux markets focusing on sourcing activities and contract management as well as supplier performance.
Responsible for Procurement Sourcing Strategies plans and execution, savings delivery as per target, process service delivery, Strategic Supplier relationships , Preferred Suppliers performance, Business Intimacy and Partnership. Connects with Business in terms of procurement delivery, ensures alignment between Procurement and other support functions (e.g., finance). Responsible for Procurement policy and processes compliance across the organization.

YOUR TASKS

  • Provide sourcing activities in Indirect categories ( Real Estate & Facility Management )  for UK and Benelux
  • Cooperate with global  procurement category for Indirect related services
  • Leads Bids (e.g.,Sourcing RFP's and Client Bid supports)
  • Support the onshore teams in sourcing activities
  • Monitor operational supplier performance
  • Drive compliance to global contracts and cost optimization through saving initiatives
  • Drive contract management 

Among others:

  • Extend your existing knowledge and act as subject matter expert for the supported country and scope
  • Understand and drive adoption of procurement policies and processes
  • Deliver high quality, professional and customer focused service on a daily basis

YOUR PROFILE

  • Preferable 1-2 years  sourcing experience in Procurement
  • Having  some experience working in international team
  • Eager to develop negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Communicative in English
  • Any other language would be an asset
