We are looking for:

Senior Data Transformation Consultant

Your future role:

• Developing and implementing strategies for data, AI and data management for both Polish and foreign clients, aimed at optimizing the use of data and implementation modern data platforms in line with the best architectural practices and Data Governance, 
• Preparing inspirational sessions and materials on value creation based on AI, Data, Modern Data Governance and Data Mesh for our clients, 
• Engaging in business development and pre-sales activities, 
• Conducting consultations and workshops with clients to understand their business and technological needs, aimed to propose tailored data management and architecture strategies that support their business goals, 
• Conducting analyses of the current state from a business and technological perspective of existing client environments and architectures, 
• Developing target operating models for Polish and foreign clients in the Data area, along with preparing data-driven transformation roadmaps,
• Defining and designing, with the support of a team of architects, high-level data architecture for the needs of advanced analytical solutions and data processing, taking into account data integration, data warehouses, real-time processing and Machine Learning solutions, 
• Supporting the development of the business offer in the area of Data-Driven transformation and Modern Data Governance transformation, aimed at introducing innovative solutions and services that respond to changing market requirements and needs, 
• Building and maintaining relationships with key technology partners and internal project teams to ensure consistency and the highest quality of delivered solutions, 
• Coordinating the work of project teams within selected work streams, mentoring junior team members and sharing expert knowledge to support their professional development and ensure project implementation at the highest level, 
• Professional development through participation in the most interesting and innovative projects on the market with clients who are leaders in their industries in Poland and worldwide.

Apply if you have:

• Experience in preparing strategies and operating models in the area of technological solutions - experience in the area of data solutions will be an additional asset, 
• Highly developed soft and analytical skills and feel comfortable in communicating with the client and executives - a necessary condition, 
• Well developed presentation skills - both visually and in storytelling and cooperation with people at C-level - a necessary condition, 
• Interest in the areas of data and AI, especially from the perspective of creating value based on such solutions, 
• The understanding of the area of data management and its impact - knowledge of frameworks such as DAMA-DMBoK will be an additional asset,
• Willingness to take responsibility for the project being run or the assigned area, and coordinating the work of a project team or a project work stream implemented for the client,
• Understanding of the operation of modern data platforms such as (e.g. Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake), 
• The ability to think critically and are able to solve complex problems and challenges, 
• High Polish and English language skills (at B2 level or higher).
