YOUR TASKS
- support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System trough reviews and by proactively helping departments with the preparation of their documentation.
- track risk & compliance records such as audit findings, KPIs, OTACE reports etc. and monitor the execution of business process controls
- advice business owners on how to improve their operations from a risk perspective
- perform internal audits and assessments on these controls and prepare for audits that are conducted by the client, regulatory bodies, and external auditors (ISAE, ISO)
- conduct audits of engagements subcontractors, helping the Risk & Compliance Specialist with the preparation and distribution of compliance reports
YOUR PROFILE
- a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of financial management, economics, econometrics, accounting, actuarial sciences or related
- at least 1-2 years of experience working for the finance, accounting, reporting, risk, modeling or treasury functions in the financial services sector/ Group Insurance & Risk
- an excellent command of the English language
- smart negotiator who is able to effectively represent the interests of the risk & compliance framework, because you are reliable and easily connect with new people
- an analytical person, who has a structured and careful way of working, keep asking questions, because you want to get the bottom of things
