Requirements:
- degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields is a strong asset,
- proven experience in finance or accounting is highly desirable,
- proficiency in English and Spanish at a B2 level,
- outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills,
- mid to advanced expertise in Excel,
- attention to detail and a proactive mindset for error detection.
Responsibilities:
- monitoring and reviewing customer payment statuses,
- compiling data for report generation,
- collaborating with internal stakeholders,
- sending inquiries to customers regarding unpaid balances,
- offering recommendations to improve operational processes,
- engaging with internal teams for seamless cooperation,
- assisting in the month-end closing activities,
- ensuring daily tasks are completed in line with targets and deadlines,
- actively contributing to projects focused on standardization, automation, and ongoing process improvements.
