We are looking for:
Senior Learning & Development Specialist
Your future role:
- Planning, organization and logistics of training, including large events such as onboarding new employees,
- Ongoing support for business representatives in the area of training and development,
- Implementation, coordination of development programs for employees,
- Organization of training activities, supervision over the training services provided, development of a training calendar for employees, development events, selection of trainers, selection of participants, assessment of training effectiveness, etc.
- Cooperation with internal trainers and external training service providers,
- Study of the effectiveness of training and development activities,
- Administrative support of the training process, including creation of purchase orders, processing of invoice payments, preparation of contracts with training service providers,
- Preparation of reports and analyses in the field of training and development,
- Proposing improvements based on the use of new technologies,
- Creation and conduct of training in the development of soft skills,
- Development of communication about training and development activities for employees,
- Participation in L&D development projects.
Apply if you have:
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing,
- Min. 4 years of experience in the area of training and development,
- Accuracy and timeliness of task performance,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Very good organization of own work and ability to work under time pressure,
- Project management skills,
- Initiative and creativity,
- High analytical skills,
- Experience in conducting training.
