Requirements:
- experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company,
- knowledge of financial analysis, financial accounting, and management accounting,
- developing material breakdowns for products,
- responsibility for managing costs within the system and updating product costs in accordance with budgetary standards,
- english language proficiency at a minimum B2 level,
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
- knowledge of SAP,
- analytical skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
Responsibilities:
- supporting the company's strategic development directions to make informed decisions and recommendations for the Board, Production Departments, and Sales Departments,
- participating in the creation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term plan, as well as monitoring their execution and analyzing deviations,
- conducting financial analysis of production processes and sales assumptions, including margins,
- performing ad-hoc financial analyses in cooperation with the Management Board,
- directly collaborating with the company's business departments.
