Requirements:

• experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company,
• knowledge of financial analysis, financial accounting, and management accounting,
• developing material breakdowns for products,
• responsibility for managing costs within the system and updating product costs in accordance with budgetary standards,
• english language proficiency at a minimum B2 level,
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
• knowledge of SAP,
• analytical skills and the ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities:

• supporting the company's strategic development directions to make informed decisions and recommendations for the Board, Production Departments, and Sales Departments,
• participating in the creation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term plan, as well as monitoring their execution and analyzing deviations,
• conducting financial analysis of production processes and sales assumptions, including margins,
• performing ad-hoc financial analyses in cooperation with the Management Board,
• directly collaborating with the company's business departments.
