• knowledge of English at B2+/C1 level,
• effective communication abilities,
• analytical thinker and decision-maker,
• understanding of MS Office (including Excel).

Responsibilities:

• analyse customer payment statuses and overdue invoices,
• collaborate with company business partners,
• send inquiries to customers regarding the status of outstanding balances,
• contribute suggestions for enhancing operational processes.
