What you will do:
- Process all kit loan and replenishment orders
- Perform daily kit loan operations in the local office
- Verify returned products arriving at the warehouse
- Support the sterilization process for surgical instruments
- Prepare outgoing deliveries for shipping and prepare shipping documents to ensure compliance with procedures
- Maintain an updated Kit Reservation Calendar Update the system with all Flying Kit movements
- Check and notify of any discrepancies between actual inventory and inventory records in the system
- Provide customers with updates on deliveries
- Provide regular reports to coordinators and highlight any issues that occur or may occur.
- Maintain the Flying Kit warehouse in a clean and well-maintained condition by ensuring that packaging is stored in an appropriate location and, where possible, recycling materials.
What you need:
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver results and maintain high levels of productivity
- Exerting up to 25 kilos of force occasionally and/or up to 10 kilos of force constantly tomove objects
- Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities, multitask and work under time pressure
- Accuracy, focus on details
