
For our international Client, which is a really recognizable and stable brand in market, we are looking for candidates for position of RTR Team Leader, who will be responsible for full scope of people management (including support in more complex tasks from RTR scope) and project improvements in accounting area.

Requirements
- 3+ year of experience as Team Leader role,
- advanced knowledge of RTR processes,
- knowledge of SAP, Blackline and Magnitude will be a huge asset,
- experience in transition project will be a huge asset,
- experience in finance projects of improvement will be a huge asset,
- strong people orineted skills,
- analytical skills with attention to detail,
- fluency in English (at least B2+ level).
Responsibilities
- manage a RTR team and provide substantive support,
- activities related to people management: recruiting new talents, setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting employee evaluations ensuring further development of employees,
- participating in automation and standardization projects,
- managing daily workload for assigned entities,
- supervising and coordinating RTR processes,
- taking care of KPIs, internal policy and process continuity,
- point of contact for auditors and stakeholders,
- support in the creation and realization of GBS strategy from T&E side,
- close cooperation with other finance team and local team.
