We are looking for:
Senior Data Engineer (freelance)
Your future role:
- Acting as a data engineering specialist on client projects and internal initiatives,
- Designing, implementing and monitoring cloud-based ETLs,
- Setting up Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Databricks, ADLS, Azure Data Factory,
- Gathering business requirements regarding data products and addressing them with technical solutions,
- Cooperation with other data engineers, data analysts or developers
- Regular communication with project stakeholders.
Apply if you have:
- At least 4 years of professional experience,
- Working experience with Microsoft Azure (Blob storage, Databricks, Data Factory) or Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, Hive, YARN) or GCP/AWS alternatives,
- Experience with processing large volumes of data,
- Min B2 in English, written and spoken,
- Practical knowledge of Python (base, pandas, numpy),
- Practical knowledge of version control in git.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Linux and bash scripting,
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes,
- Experience in Retail, FS, Energy or Public sector.
