For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for a Sourcing Buyer with French. This is a great opportunity to work in a global environment, enhance your skills, and make a real impact.

It is possible to work in a hybrid model (2 days from the office per week) or fully remote work within Poland.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement area,
  • knowledge of strategic initiatives, Capex Investments, MRO, direct materials,
  • proficiency in English and French at a B2 level is required,
  • previous experience with sourcing tools,
  • strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration,
  • knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • manage sourcing projects from start to finish, including defining the project, running the process, handling contracts, and reporting results,
  • prepare and run RFX processes (like RFI, RFP, RFQ), using online sourcing tools,
  • lead negotiations, discuss contract details, and keep track of cost savings,
  • work closely with different teams such as engineering, finance, or logistics, depending on the project,
  • make sure everything follows global procurement rules and guidelines,
  • achieve key goals like saving money, improving payment and delivery terms, and meeting other performance targets,
  • quickly report any problems with suppliers, delays, or risks in your area,
  • look for new opportunities to reduce costs or improve sourcing processes.
