For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for a Sales and Order Management Specialist with French.

Requirements

  • minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a sales, order management or supply chain related role,
  • understanding of sales, order management or supply chain management and related processes,
  • proficiency in English and French at a B2 level is required,
  • experience with ERP systems and proficient in MS Excel,
  • knowledge of CRM tools is a plus,
  • strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders,
  • ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively,
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty,
  • manage the end-to-end order process, including handling inquiries, returns, and transport-related issues,
  • oversee inventory levels and ensure accuracy of customer master data,
  • respond to client feedback and resolve complaints to improve the customer experience,
  • proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via calls and emails to generate new business opportunities,
  • collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
