For our Client, a dynamically growing company in the SSC sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Accounting Controller, who will be responsible for comprehensive accounting and financial reporting. The person in this role will have the opportunity to work in an international environment, ensuring high-quality accounting processes and supporting the development of the organization.

Requirements

  • preparation of data for financial reporting,
  • daily posting of transactions and preparation of month-end reconciliations,
  • preparation of tax settlements (VAT, CIT) - will be a strong asset,
  • management of the month-end closing process,
  • verification of financial data in accordance with IFRS principles,
  • working with budget assumptions and ensuring the alignment of actual data,
  • creation of consolidation packages and statutory reports,
  • supervision of payments - elimination of errors and delays,
  • cooperation with external auditors and finance departments both locally and internationally,
  • escalation of key financial and operational issues,
  • streamlining accounting processes and utilizing IT tools (Excel, SA).
