Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP GRC Access Control modules, including: Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Business Role Management (BRM),
- direct involvement in configuring and maintaining SAP GRC AC in a live environment,
- experience in SAP Security and Authorization Management, covering user access control, role build & design, and audit support (preferably for the following SAP products: ECC, CRM, SRM, BW HANA, Business Objects, CLM, BPC etc.),
- skilled in identifying and resolving issues within SAP GRC AC, working alongside security teams to maintain seamless operations, using a ticketing system (and meeting SLA metrics),
- understanding of business processes (RtR, PtP, OtC),
- willingness to stay updated with SAP GRC changes, particularly for S/4HANA migrations and new GRC functionality, e.g SAP GRC Process Controls,
- understanding of ABAP, VBA, SQL programming languages is a plus,
- english language skills - excellent written and verbal communication (B2/C1),
- nice to have - experience with XITing, Greenlight solutions.
Responsibilities
- provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues that arise within SAP GRC AC modules,
- quickly identify and address any system malfunctions or access issues, minimizing disruption to business operations,
- coordinate with SAP support or third-party vendors, if advanced troubleshooting is required,
- design, test, troubleshoot and maintain SAP roles across SAP global platform, working closely with business users, functional and technical teams to ensure that appropriate delivery is in place,
- monitor the SAP environments for applicable compliance, including Segregation of Duties and Sensitive transactions,
- support in performing internal audits to detect deviations of established processes and procedures,
- ensure that application security standards are fully integrated into systems,
- monitor and maintain security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure alignment with corporate strategic plan,
- support/educate business stakeholders on SAP business roles, access risks and mitigating controls,
- prepare project plans and ensure the completion of deliverables as required,
- communicate effectively with stakeholders, explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
