Requirements
- degree in finance, accounting, or related field, ACCA, CIMA or MBA is a strong plus,
- proven experience as CFO in retail, ecommerce or technology companies,
- strong track record in investor relations and managing liquidity,
- exceptional leadership, with a hands-on and strategic mindset,
- excellent communication skills,
- proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- shape and lead the polish legal entity overall financial strategy, aligning with group vision and long-term objectives,
- oversee finance operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury and tax,
- additionally responsibility for legal affaires and IT,
- serve as a key business partner to the Managing Director and executive team, providing financial leadership in strategic decision-making and growth initiatives,
- responsible for treasury and managing relationships with financial institutions,
- identify and manage financial risks while optimizing capital structure, ensuring sustainable and scalable financial growth,
- lead the directly and indirectly the team of 25+ FTE.
