Requirements
- experience in HR, customer service, or a similar area will be a plus,
- fluent English (min. B2) and one of the following: German/Dutch/Danish (min. B2),
- previous work in an SSC/international HR team is a big plus,
- familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP, is a strong advantage,
- proactive attitude and a hands-on approach to daily tasks,
- sense of ownership and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- provide end-to-end HR support - from hire to retire,
- support payroll-related processes in collaboration with the payroll team,
- gather and document HR knowledge in clear Standard Operating Procedures,
- support employees via email, chat, MS Teams, and the HR portal,
- use HR systems (SAP, Service Now) to resolve and track employee requests,
- run training sessions for employees on HR systems and processes,
- keep operational HR documentation up-to-date,
- help improve HR services and employee experience.
