Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in international/global payroll processing,
- strong written and verbal communication skills,
- ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team,
- proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- good command of English and French (min. B2 level, both written and spoken),
- experience with HRMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday),
- experience in multi-country payroll processing will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for assigned clients,
- reviewing payroll data, reports, and calculations to identify and resolve discrepancies,
- managing gross-to-net calculations, exception payments, and off-cycle runs,
- preparing payroll summaries and reports (earnings, taxes, deductions, etc.),
- maintaining up-to-date payroll systems and ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations,
- handling State and Federal tax obligations and supporting audit processes,
- responding to employee payroll queries and preparing ad hoc reports for management.
