For our Client, GBS from medical devices industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of (Senior) GL Accountant with Spanish or Italian, who will be open to join new SSC structures and will involve in standarisation and automatisation finance processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in GL or RTR area,
- knowledge of People Soft system will be a huge asset,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance,
- in-depth knowledge of GL processes,
- high business culture and communication skills,
- analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
- willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
- fluent in English (at least B2) and Italian (at least B2) or Spanish (at least B2),
- good knowledge of international accounting standrads will be huge asset,
- experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset.
Responsibilities
- create and post journal entries, making sure they follow company and legal standards,
- close the books each month, quarter, and year by making needed adjustments and accruals,
- check all general ledger accounts regularly to fix any differences and keep records accurate,
- review and explain balance sheet and income statement accounts to support financial reports,
- make sure daily financial data is correctly entered into the general ledger system,
- follow the company’s internal control rules to keep financial data accurate and secure,
- support the "Record to Report" process by sharing useful financial information for management,
- work with other departments (like Accounts Payable, Receivable, Tax, and Treasury) to combine their data into the general ledger and improve efficiency,
- help get everything ready for audits by providing data, reports, and account details,
- paricipate in project of improvement form GL side.
