YOUR ROLE

As a Business Analyst specializing in Power Automate, you will play a key role in driving process automation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring seamless implementation in collaboration with clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and expertise in RPA and Intelligent Automation to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead client-facing workshops to capture as-is processes and define to-be process visions.
• Identify and document automation opportunities, define testing scenarios & enablers, and present findings to clients.
• Collaborate with project teams to support test planning, test strategy, and UAT execution.
• Design and facilitate workshops with client SMEs to assess automation feasibility and identify blockers.
• Estimate automation efforts and FTE benefits, document key insights, and guide clients through the to-be automation design.
• Conduct weekly due diligence updates with clients.
• Identify and assess risks, assumptions, and dependencies related to automation initiatives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate requirement mapping for Power Automate (Desktop/Cloud) solutions.
• Continuously monitor automation benefits and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis/project delivery within RPA & Intelligent Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Desktop/Cloud) and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience in business process reengineering/transformation (Lean/Six Sigma familiarity preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in client-facing roles, including workshop facilitation.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies; experience using JIRA
• Basic understanding of RPA/AI architecture and infrastructure.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with demanding deadlines.
• Higher education degree.
• English on the at least B2 level.
