We are looking for:
HR Transformation Manager in Global Business Services Team (GBS)
Your Future Role:
- Lead HR Transformation initiatives by assessing current HR operating models, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing HR SSC,
- Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and client personnel, to drive successful HR transformations,
- Oversee the complete HR Transformation journey, from designing strategic HR operating models to executing comprehensive business transformations,
- Analyze complex HR data to deliver actionable insights and recommend bespoke solutions to clients,
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals to guide clients through HR transformation and strategy implementation,
- Invest in your professional growth through engaging in diverse projects and participating in a wide range of training and development opportunities.
Apply If You Have:
- 6+ years of professional experience in leading HR operating model setups or HR transformation projects,
- Experience in HR SSC set up,
- Strong functional HR experience coupled with a proven track record in consulting,
- Exceptional analytical skills with extensive experience in interpreting and utilizing HR data,
- Exposure to additional functions such as IT and Finance is a plus, although not a primary requirement,
- The ability to lead, adapt, and take ownership of complex tasks and problem-solving,
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage priorities and thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines,
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, showcasing advanced consulting skills,
- Fluency in English and a readiness to travel within Europe and occasionally globally.
Nice to Have:
- In-depth experience and expertise in transition methodologies,
- Proven experience in leading consulting projects, process optimization, and managing business transformations,
- Strong Project Management skills with a successful history of delivering complex projects,
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
