The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. The better we work, the less you notice us. Plus, we simply love what we do. We are looking for:

IT Support Specialist

Role Description: 

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to custom PwC ITSM solution (IT service management solution / ticketing system) and Alteryx workflows supporting financial end of month closing process.
  • Provide 2nd line support and resolve tickets.
  • Configure ITSM solution by working with JSON files.
  • Modify Alteryx workflows.
  • Conduct problem analysis to diagnose issues and understand root causes.
  • Collaborate with 1st-Level support and 3rd-Level support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Execute minor projects and system changes tailored to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues, solutions, and project changes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills: 

  • Experience in IT support.
  • Basic understanding of Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with Git.
  • Technical affinity for changing the JSON files.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint) and MS Sharepoint.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders - service team, development teams, product owners, service solution designers, architects, business representatives.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Organized and structured.

Nice to have: 

  • Basic understanding of SAP.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting.
  • Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management).
  • Knowledge of German.
