YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Managers to join our Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Fulfilment capability. This role is crucial for the strategic development and leadership of our Projects & Consulting unit, aimed at achieving significant business outcomes for both existing and new clients.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead the development and delivery of supply chain fulfilment projects for various clients and across different industries.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and deliver end-to-end fulfilment business solutions.
• Oversee order management and logistics systems implementations within the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations fulfilment capability.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms to enhance fulfilment operations, including advanced automation and analytics solutions.
• Participate and/or lead the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements.
• Create and conduct convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client.
• Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5-10 years of experience in the fulfilment area of supply chain.
• Proven track record in leading fulfilment platform implementations and experience in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design and documentation preparation.
• Advanced knowledge and extensive working experience with SAP supply chain modules (SD, MM, TM, WM) is essential.
• Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training).
• Extensive experience working in a global and complex business environment; BPO/SSC experience is highly desirable.
• At least Bachelor’s Degree educational background and English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent.
