Working in an SSC/GBS environment with direct contact with business within the EMEA region. The role will have strategic influence on cash flow and the treasury department, focusing on implementing new banking and financial instruments.

Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. CFA, CPA) are a plus,
- at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a multinational corporation, international banking or a financial institution,
- demonstrated experience working in a corporate head office environment, preferably within the banking or financial services sector,
- advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint,
- solid track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical reporting,
- highly developed analytical and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail,
- strong verbal and written communication abilities; capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at various levels,
- results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
Responsibilities
- lead the implementation and optimization of cash management processes,
- manage liquidity-related initiatives across legal entities, including ERP from banking perspective, in close collaboration with local finance teams, and banking partners,
- prepare, monitor, and analyze the quarterly Cash Flow Plan and Forecast — for corporate reporting purposes, present key findings to the VP Finance,
- conduct detailed analysis and reporting of Working Capital metrics in coordination with Global Business Services and Collections teams for corporate-level insights,
- oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) reporting, monitoring, and control for all divisions,
- partner with European Tax teams on quarterly reviews related to cash tax and transfer pricing,
- provide strategic recommendations on legal entities requiring capital injections, working capital optimization, intercompany funding, or potential liquidation,
- deliver insights on quarterly operating cash flow movements to support SOX compliance,
- support dividend repatriation planning, including forecasting and transfer pricing considerations,
- maintain ownership of KPIs related to net income, cash flow, and dividend payments across the European region.
