We are looking for:
Training and Development Specialist | CEE L&D Team
Your future role:
- Coordination and implementation of operational and administrative aspects of learning and development projects, especially training events, both classroom-based and online (e.g. training calendar maintenance, participant nominations, logistics management, attendance and cancellation management, classroom and virtual assistance, internal/external trainer planning and management, online training assignment, training materials preparation),
- Supporting administrative processes, processing invoices, adding new suppliers to the database,
- Analyzing data and creating necessary summaries, comparisons, and reports,
- Collaborating with external suppliers,
- Supporting the coordination of development and training programs,
- Supporting the process of building individual employee development paths.
