YOUR ROLE

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting business decision-making through insightful analysis, and maintaining compliance with internal and external financial regulations. You will manage project-related financials, and work with advanced financial systems to deliver high-quality data and reporting.

YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and deliver financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements and internal company policies.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Operate and maintain financial systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and SAP Business Objects to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support project accounting.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in the finance field.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working experience with SAP and Oracle is desirable.
• At least Bachelor’s Degree educational background and English and Polish at Grade B2 (Advanced) or equivalent
