YOUR ROLE
Are you a visionary in payroll strategy with a passion for transforming complex global operations into streamlined, compliant, and future-ready systems? We’re looking for a Transformation Manager to spearhead our Payroll Advisory services, guiding multinational clients through strategic change, regulatory complexity, and digital transformation.
YOUR TASKS
- Define and lead our global payroll advisory strategy, aligning with broader business goals and driving innovation across client engagements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders at multinational organizations to solve their most pressing payroll challenges, from compliance to system optimization.
- Lead end-to-end payroll projects, integrating time & attendance, HR data, and cutting-edge technology to deliver measurable impact.
- Navigate the complexities of international payroll laws, tax regulations, and risk mitigation with confidence and precision.
- Deliver workshops, mentor client teams, and contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and industry events.
- Work with cross-functional teams around the world to ensure seamless, consistent payroll operations.
YOUR PROFILE
- 15+ years of payroll leadership and advisory experience, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale, multinational payroll projects.
- Deep expertise in global payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP) and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong consulting acumen, able to diagnose, design, and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level.
- Willingness to travel globally to support client needs.
