For our Client, a global leader in FMCG industry with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Travel & Expenses Specialist with French. You will be responsible for managing employee expense reports and corporate credit card usage, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

  • minimum 1 year of experience in T&E or Accounts Payable,
  • good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations,
  • solid understanding of end-to-end Travel & Expense processes and related tools,
  • good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
  • proficiency in English and French (written and spoken),
  • familiarity with Concur or SAP will be an asset,
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail,
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,
  • excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • review and validate employee-submitted expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance,
  • manage and monitor employee use of corporate credit cards,
  • ensure all expenses adhere to company travel and expense policies, including spending limits and allowable costs,
  • provide guidance on expense policies and resolve discrepancies in submitted reports,
  • analyze reports regarding business expenses,
  • maintain accurate documentation of expenses, approvals, and reimbursements for audit and reporting purposes,
  • train employees on proper submission of time and expense reports and use of related systems,
  • identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
