For our Client, global manufacturing company, we are looking for a skilled mid-senior In-house Lawyer, to be a right hand of General Counsel in HQ.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from the EU accredited law school is a must,
  • at least 2 years of experience working in-house and/or law firm,
  • English and German fluency mandatory,
  • working knowledge of Spanish desirable,
  • excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders,
  • strong analytical skills, results oriented, assertive team player, paying attention to details,
  • resilience, willingness to gain experience in new fields of law.

Responsibilities

  • advise the business on a broad range of legal matters corporate, commercial, intellectual property, employment, data privacy and regulatory matters,
  • draft, negotiate and review general terms of business, commercial agreements from clients, suppliers and other business counterparts,
  • handle claims and disputes, supervise the work of external legal counsel,
  • provide general legal advice on applicable laws and regulations,
  • contribute to the drafting and implementation of corporate and compliance policies (e.g. GDPR, Whistleblowing, Anticorruption, International sanctions, competition law etc.),
  • provide internal compliance trainings to key stakeholders,
  • willingness to travel occasionally.
