The L&D team at PwC Poland is a group of creative experts. We create solutions, programs, and above all, deliver value to our employees in various areas. We are looking for:
Learning & Development Specialist
Your future role:
- Coordinating the logistics of training and stationery and virtual workshops,
- Creating a training calendar, contacting trainers, analyzing feedback after training,
- Taking care of the internal certification process for FCU employees,
- Market analysis in terms of available training solutions, cooperation with external suppliers, processing contracts, settling invoices,
- Preparing documentation for the market review and supplier tender Data analysis and creating the necessary lists, comparisons and reports,
- Support in coordinating development and training programs, supporting the process of building individual employee development paths,
- Conducting training for employees.
Apply if you have:
- At least one year of experience in a similar position,
- Very good command of both English and Polish, written and spoken,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will be considered an advantage,
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks effectively and ability to work with tight deadlines,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
- Openness to new challenges and a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration,
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and focus on sustainable cooperation.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in training and development within an international company.
