For our Client, an international technology organization currently building new Shared Services structures in Wrocław, we are looking for an OTC Process Expert.

This role plays a strategic part in global AR operations, enhancing the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring invoicing accuracy, and strengthening collection efforts.

Requirements

  • minimum 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in global and dynamic environments,
  • strong proficiency in ERP environment and Excel, with the ability to work confidently with large datasets and reconciliations,
  • understanding of IFRS or HGB accounting standards,
  • solid knowledge of the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle and its impact on financial performance,
  • organized, proactive, and experienced in managing processes from start to finish,
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments,
  • prior experience in IPO preparation or external audit support will be a plus,
  • knowledge of English at C1 level,
  • knowledge of German is nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • manage global billing, collections, and cash application processes,
  • ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time, in line with customer agreements and revenue recognition standards,
  • monitor aging reports, drive collection effectiveness, and handle escalation cases as needed,
  • collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and FP&A teams to enhance billing accuracy and cash forecasting,
  • maintain robust documentation and internal controls to support audits and IPO readiness,
  • lead automation and process optimization,
  • analyze and report key AR metrics, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), overdue balances, and collection performance.
