
Engagement Manager (Contract Managment)

YOUR ROLE
As an Engagement Manager, you should have a strong grasp of the following domains – Contract Life Cycle Management, Contract Audit Lifecycle. You are expected to take the lead on projects and perform complex tasks that require a high degree of independence. You will be fully accountable for managing a Global team of Contract Managers, Auditors and play a governance role on delivering results after analysing information to address ongoing issues.
YOUR TASKS
- Execute and establish the audit plan (including the determination of audit scope and frequency of audits for individual licensees) through partnerships with Category, Finance, Contracts, Legal and other regional audit groups
- Responsible for completing internal audit engagements of licensees
- Coordinate audits with internal stakeholders, licensees and external audit firms
- Communications with Category, Finance and other stakeholders, as needed
- Drive timely and accurate audit report completion and findings collection goals of the team
- Ensure that audit files are accurately and completely documented within the department’s audit repository system
- Identify and implement internal process and procedure changes to continuously improve audit operations
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred Business Administration, Finance degree
- 15+ years of experience in a large public accounting firm, internal audit or similar
- Strong knowledge of complex internal controls and accounting systems
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in deadline-driven environment
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, financial systems
- Multi-cultural sensitivity, able to work independently with strong initiative
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral)
- Ability to maintain relationships, resolve conflicts, ensure understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
- Open to work in shifts/different time zones
