You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:
Cash Collection Accountant with German
Your future role:
- Manage a portfolio of German-speaking client accounts to ensure timely collections of outstanding invoices,
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels in German to resolve payment issues and disputes,
- Analyze customer accounts, reconcile payments, and identify root causes of delayed payments,
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Customer Service, etc.) to resolve account discrepancies,
- Prepare aging reports and collection forecasts; track KPIs and performance metrics,
- Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or credit holds when necessary,
- Support month-end close activities and audits related to Accounts Receivable,
- Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities in the system,
- Complying with and work towards achieving quantity and quality indicators – SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics,
- Identify and propose potential process improvements and cooperating in lean actions,
- Onboard new peers into the team’s processes and procedures (buddy role).
Apply if you have:
- Higher Education - University Degree (degree in accounting, finance, economics as an asset),
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cash Collection role, preferably in a shared service multinational environment,
- Experience in working with ERP system (SAP/Oracle/other),
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) mandatory,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Detail orientated mindset with strong problem-solving attitude,
- Extensive analytical and computer skills (Excel on advanced level).
