Requirements
- fluent German (C1) and English (B2+) - both spoken and written,
- at least 2 years of experience in HR administration,
- good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SAP PHR, Workday, and ticketing tools,
- strong communication and analytical skills,
- attention to detail and good understanding of GDPR regulations,
- strong time management and multi-tasking skills,
- ability to understand client needs, think ahead, and solve problems proactively.
Responsibilities
- handling HR-related tickets and requests in a timely manner, keeping clients informed,
- logging all requests accurately in the ticketing system,
- categorizing issues and assigning them to the right team member,
- taking full ownership of client queries and following up on escalations,
- participating in client discussions to improve processes,
- answering incoming service line calls,
- ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are met.
