For our Client, a global leader in the professional services industry, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist with foreign languages to join their Commercial HUB in Warsaw.
This position is part of the wider finance team and plays a key role in the Order to Cash cycle. You will collaborate with colleagues across European offices and offshore teams, ensuring effective billing and collection processes.

Requirements
- fluent in English (C1/C2) and in one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish or Dutch,
- university degree in finance, accounting, economics or business preferred,
- minimum one year of experience in collections, order to cash, or billing,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
- strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders,
- detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset,
- ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- assist in the matter inception process and ensure compliance with client agreements,
- monitor and chase missing billing data (e.g. PO numbers, Client Matter IDs),
- maintain and update fee-earner charge-out rates,
- follow up on pending matter openings,
- follow up on overdue invoices by sending automated reminders and updating status in internal systems,
- collaborate with local offices for escalations and resolution tracking,
- monitor billing dispatch to support accurate and timely collections,
- assist with complex billing amendments,
- authorise and print invoices for final approval and submission.
