 We are looking for: 

Project Manager (freelance) 

Your future role: 

  • Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope, 
  • Establishes and manages project controls to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled, 
  • Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables, 
  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project, 
  • Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders, 
  • Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members, 
  • Plans and controls project products delivery processes, 
  • Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project, 
  • Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project, 
  • Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations, 
  • Organizes and conducts project meetings. 

Apply if you have: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, 
  • Certificate in PRINCE2 or PMP or equivalent, 
  • At least 3 years of experience in delivering IT systems, 
  • Experience in leading at least 2 medium-large ICT projects as a project manager, 
  • Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs, 
  • Are conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project in the relevant to SC, 
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences, 
  • Aligns work easily to the changing environment, work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements, 
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, 
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers, 
  • Experienced in organization of work in scrums (and waterfall as well), 
  • Experienced in managing Teamwork with Azure DevOps, 
  • Experience in IT Infrastructure projects (network, datacenter, wireless) including security aspect, 
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) data backup/recovery and patch management, 
  • Experience with containerization, integration platforms, 
  • Knowledge of ICT infrastructures, systems and related processes, 
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake travel opportunities as part of the role,
  • Proficient English language skills at least at a C1 level,   
  • The ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity within Poland (due to the project-based nature of the employment).
