YOUR TASKS
Responsibilities:
- As a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in managing all communication with client’s customers to resolve support tickets
- Manage day-to-day operations for all communications and actions in ZenDesk
- Contributing frequently answered questions to the client's knowledge base
- Collaborating in the on-call rotations when needed for resolution of severe issues
YOUR PROFILE
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing position
- Expertise in troubleshooting for any web-based applications
- Proficiency in reading system logs as part of the ticket resolution process
- Familiarity with Linux systems
- Have a base understanding of SSL, LDAP/SSO protocols, networking, databases
- You have excellent communication skills in English, Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Enthusiastic about working and learning new technologies and tools
Would be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of SQL-databases
- Basic knowledge of some programming language like in Java, Python, or any other programming languages.
