Join PwC’s Technology GRC practice and contribute to high-profile process and risk-related engagements across Poland and the EMEA region. We provide comprehensive advice on the development of corporate governance principles, analyze and map risks in organizations, optimize internal control systems, conduct internal audits and help integrate relevant process risk technology. We are always right in the place where there is a need to regulate corporate processes.
We are looking for:
Senior Tech GRC Consultant
Your future role:
- Act as a subject matter expert in business process transformation, working with global clients to develop cutting-edge, industry-leading solutions,
- Lead and participate in end-to-end transformation engagements across key process areas such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report,
- Review business processes for risk, test associated control mechanisms, and identify potential gaps,
- Evaluate processes and internal regulations, ensuring their alignment with market best practices and regulatory requirements,
- Assess the internal control environment and support the development of control methodologies,
- Facilitate client workshops, lead stakeholder conversations, and present strategic recommendations,
- Manage workstreams and mentor junior team members in complex transformation projects,
- Contribute to PwC’s thought leadership on emerging trends in Business Process and Process Risk Management technologies,
- Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client pitches.
Apply if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in industry or consulting, with exposure to international business process transformation projects,
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals,
- Familiarity with internal control environments and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics),
- Exposure to process risk technologies such as Workiva, SAP Signavio, Webcon, SAP GRC Suite (PC, RAM),
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken),
- Ability to work independently towards objectives and goals.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Shared Service Center or Global Business Services environments is a plus,
- Prior consulting experience, especially in Process Technology integration or implementation, is advantageous.
