Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.  

We are looking for:   

Workday Operations Specialist 

 Your future role:

  • Maintain and periodically review security roles and access rights in Workday, implement organizational changes, and resolve complex system-related operational issues in the employee lifecycle, 
  • Train operational teams on HC systems, including document creation, to ensure high process and data quality, 
  • Lead HC IT projects and specialist tasks, manage data processing, maintain PowerBI dashboards, and handle ad hoc reporting and team deputization tasks. 

Apply if you have: 

  • University degree, 
  • 2+ years of experience in business-related IT Operations role (with day-to-day SLAs),
  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written, 
  • Extensive expertise in Workday, including security roles and organizational management. 
  • Proficient in PowerBI with a solid understanding of AI possibilities and limitations, 
  • Advanced skills in MS365 (Excel), Alteryx, and automation tools/coding languages, 
  • Proven knowledge of HR processes, 
  • Experience in creating specifications, documentations, and testing, 
  • Experience in handling data (analysis, transformation, etc.) and process automation, 
  • Proactive and empathetic communication with strong interpersonal skills, adaptable in diverse environments.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in German language.
