Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients, as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region. 

We are looking for:   

Payroll Implementation Consultant with German
 

Your future role: 

  • Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to MS Visual Studio.net with C#, SQL Server and frameworks, 
  • Configure the MS Visual Studio.net application to meet documented customer requirements, 
  • Collaborate with customers to implement MS Visual Studio.net Organizational Readiness best practices for successful solution rollouts, 
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases; ensure you are well-versed in any new or enhanced functionalities, 
  • Conduct both phone and in-person consulting sessions and maintain detailed meeting minutes, 
  • Provide follow-up consulting and general assistance to customers in your areas of expertise, 
  • Serve as a key resource for specific functional areas, assisting both internal and external users, 
  • Share documented best practices with the Practice and participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, 
  • Attend internal project meetings, providing updates on activity progress and deliverables, 
  • Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for software integrations and interfaces, 
  • Participate in continuing education sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. 

Apply if you have:

  • University degree, 
  • 3+ years of experience in human capital management application consulting and in business process mapping, 
  • Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written at C1 level, 
  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written, 
  • Payroll HCM module certification or equivalent experience, 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and SQL knowledge, 
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud computing environments, specifically HRIS Systems, with proficiency in MS Visual Studio .NET using C#, SQL Server, and associated frameworks., 
  • Familiarity with applications like Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, and Ceridian, 
  • Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solutions, 
  • Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices and how Ceridian implementation best practices apply to the customer’s business operations. 
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
