YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Marketing and Communications team. This role includes managing internal communication tools, ensuring content quality and consistency, and contributing to both the visual and editorial aspects of internal and external communication materials.

YOUR TASKS

• Review and publish content on internal platforms in line with internal communication standards.
• Support message creators in the internal tool by ensuring stylistic and visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Assist in preparing communications and content for internal projects and dedicated events.
• Create graphic materials  (e.g., social media, posters, banners, leaflets, stickers, graphic footers).
• Support in organizing external events at the universities and conferences.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently pursuing studies in English Philology, Polish Philology, Linguistics, Journalism, Marketing or other related fields. 
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Involvement in university or social projects or participation in student organizations.

Nice to Have:

• Graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Canva or Photoshop).
• Interest in UX/UI.
