For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administration Process Lead , who is fluent in German and English to join team in Łódź (hybrid or remote work is possible).

Requirements

  • English and German languages proficiency (at least B2), 
  • 4+ years of experience in HR Administration (employee data, benefits, payroll),
  • experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday),
  • proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
  • experience in payroll input coordination with clients/vendors,
  • strong communication and customer service skills,
  • results and deadline driven,
  • negotiation skills good to have.

Responsibilities

  • support HR admin transaction processing covering processes such as employee data changes, terminations/retirements, new hires,
  • manage escalation processes and resolve issues promptly,
  • identify trends and high-volume transactions that may indicate organization-wide issues and prepare the team to handle increased workload,
  • ensure compliance with process and knowledge management standards to meet client and internal commitments.
