Senior IT Recruiter

Requirements

• minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment for IT related positions,
• strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders,
• analytical skills, attention to detail,
• excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities

• manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions in IT area with focus on Business Analysts, Project Managers and similar,
• implement proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks,
• strengthen the employer brand within the target group of candidates,
• collaborate with leadership to align hiring forecasts and maintain a strong candidate pipeline,
• improve key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience,
• support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless candidate journey.
