For our Client, global company from medical devices industry, we are looking for experienced candidate interested in the position of HR Director for manufacturing and commercial operations in Poland (2000 FTE+).

Requirements

  • min. 10+ years of professional experience in HR or similar fields,
  • min. 5+ years of leadership experience,
  • experience in managing HR function in manufacturing environment,
  • transformational projects and working with intercultural teams experience,
  • proficiency in and English (level C1),
  • expertise in state-of-the-art HR software and polish labor regulations,
  • strong business acumen,
  • proven strong leadership competencies, and relationship-building skills,
  • experience in cooperation with trade unions will be a strong asset,
  • global and cultural awareness, ethical practice.

Responsibilities

  • lead the implementation of global HR strategy, making sure it supports business and the company’s growth plans in Poland,
  • responsible for HR Business Partnering to Senior Management in Poland,
  • manage all local HR operations, using data and analytics to improve workforce planning and build a strong talent pipeline,
  • ensure HR programs, policies, and tools are applied consistently and in line with legal and company standards across Poland,
  • support and strengthen the HR team, building a culture of high performance through mentoring, coaching, and development,
  • lead key change initiatives, helping the organization adapt and grow through effective HR-driven transformation,
  • cooperation with trade unions.
