Requirements
- experience in a shared service center or multinational company,
- background in finance - collections, AP, AR, billing, or related areas,
- minimum 3 years of finance experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role,
- strong leadership and people management skills,
- fluent in English and German at minimum B2 level,
- proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus,
- ability to work effectively in an international environment and matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- managing an 8-person team in the bill-back area,
- overseeing the calculation and settlement of distributor rebates for the DACH region,
- coaching and developing team members, motivating them to achieve goals,
- monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting results,
- identifying and implementing process improvements,
- collaborating with finance, sales, and pricing departments,
- ensuring timely and high-quality execution of processes.
