Requirements

  • fluency in Spanish and good command of English,
  • university degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field,
  • at least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control or customer service with corporate clients,
  • good knowledge of MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage,
  • strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

  • proactively contact customers (phone/email) to ensure timely payments,
  • manage accounts, update documentation, and process payments,
  • support month-end activities including reconciliations and reporting,
  • prepare collection reports and forecasts, analyse overdue balances,
  • resolve queries and escalate issues when necessary,
  • collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance,
  • participate in projects to improve processes within the credit management area.
