Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with Spanish (Remote)

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing support roles,
  • spanish and english at least B2 level,
  • strong analytical skills for project classification,
  • proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting,
  • familiarity with esourcing tools and platforms (ariba),
  • strong communication and coordination skills,
  • analytical mindset with attention to detail,
  • ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • support the e-sourcing process by managing project classification, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication and reporting throughout the sourcing lifecycle,
  • support the end-to-end request for proposal (rfp) process by managing esourcing events, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of sourcing documentation and analysis,
  • provide regular kpi delivery reports to stakeholders,
  • develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with buyer requirements,
  • respond to supplier inquiries regarding event content and tender specifics (commercial and technical),
  • generate bid summaries and assist in supplier shortlisting.
