Requirements
- minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing support roles,
- spanish and english at least B2 level,
- strong analytical skills for project classification,
- proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting,
- familiarity with esourcing tools and platforms (ariba),
- strong communication and coordination skills,
- analytical mindset with attention to detail,
- ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- support the e-sourcing process by managing project classification, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication and reporting throughout the sourcing lifecycle,
- support the end-to-end request for proposal (rfp) process by managing esourcing events, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of sourcing documentation and analysis,
- provide regular kpi delivery reports to stakeholders,
- develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with buyer requirements,
- respond to supplier inquiries regarding event content and tender specifics (commercial and technical),
- generate bid summaries and assist in supplier shortlisting.
