Your responsibilities
- Supervise and cooperate closely with all finance personnel (accountants, country managers, department leaders and auditors).
- Coordinate and lead the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Unify and implement controlling procedures across the Emoti Group companies.
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system.
- Standardize accounting policies and principles across Emoti Group companies.
- Build with us PowerBi reporting for the Group.
- Take part in AI tools development.
Our requirements
- Proven experience (2 years) as a financial analyst, financial controller, or relevant role preferably in an international organization with numerous subsidiaries.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Strong organizational skill, systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and people skills. We will encourage you to prove your approach is better
- English language - full professional proficiency in finance (min B2).
- Experience in retail will be a plus.
- Past external audit experience will be a plus.
- Great in MS Excel and PowerBI.
- Self-starter with a good sense of humour
