
For our Client, an international company specializing in the production of home decor products, we are looking for a (Senior) Payroll Specialist to join the Payroll Department. This role will be primarily responsible for payroll operations in the DACH region.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll management, ideally gained in a dynamic, international environment,
- in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and social security laws across Europe, with a strong focus on the DACH region (Germany as a minimum requirement),
- self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with a high level of ownership and accountability,
- excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (written and spoken),
- knowledge of German or other europen langugaese skills is a plus.
Responsibilities
- manage end-to-end payroll operations for DACH region,
- ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, including statutory tax filings, social security contributions, internal financial reporting, and compliance with audit requirements,
- serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related matters, liaising with internal teams (e.g., Finance) and external stakeholders such as tax authorities and auditors,
- monitor payroll-related SLAs and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement,
- lead payroll process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives to improve accuracy, increase automation, and support scalable growth.
